Smoked Brillos

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Hollow out several Grillo’s Whole Dill Pickles
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and chopped smoked brisket (ratios to your liking)
  3. Stuff each hollowed dill with the cream cheese + smoked brisket mixture, and top with a cube of Black Pepper BellaVitano® cheese by Sartori Cheese (or your cheese of preference)
  4. Smoke at 250° for 25 minutes
  5. Enjoy fresh out of the smoker or after being chilled in the fridge!
