Smoked Brillos
Ingredients
- Grillo’s Whole Dill Pickles
- Cream Cheese
- Smoked Brisket
- Black Pepper BellaVitano® cheese by Sartori Cheese (or your cheese of preference)
Instructions
- Hollow out several Grillo’s Whole Dill Pickles
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and chopped smoked brisket (ratios to your liking)
- Stuff each hollowed dill with the cream cheese + smoked brisket mixture, and top with a cube of Black Pepper BellaVitano® cheese by Sartori Cheese (or your cheese of preference)
- Smoke at 250° for 25 minutes
- Enjoy fresh out of the smoker or after being chilled in the fridge!
