GRILLO’S PICKLE DIP

What You’ll Need
  • 1 (32oz) jar Grillo’s Pickle Spears or Hot Spears
  • 1½ cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Small Shalot, Diced
  • 4 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Hot Sauce or 1 Diced Jalapeno
  • 1 Packet Seasoning Powder Ranch
Let’s Make It

Step 1: Drain The Pickles​ Grab your 32-oz jar of Grillo’s® Pickles and drain the pickle juice. Make sure to save the juice and set the jar aside. *Don’t forget to use the juice for other recipes, cocktails, or to simply just drink the juice​

Step 2: Dice The Pickles​ Remove the pickle spears from the jar and dice them into small pieces.​

Step 3: Add Ingredients To A Bowl​ In a large mixing bowl, add the ingredients from the mix-ins. Don’t forget to add some of your leftover pickle juice.​

Step 4: Mix Thoroughly Fold ingredients together until the dip is well combined and creamy.​

Step 5: Return To The Jar​ Spoon the finished dip back into the empty pickle jar.​

Step 6: Chill And Serve Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill, then enjoy your perfect pickle snack! Remember to pair with Boulder Canyon x Grillos wavy chips or Hippeas x Grillos. You can also be adventurous by pairing it with carrots or a bell pepper!
